Expert testimony
Neil Thompson BA(Hons), CQSW, MBA, PhD, QDR, MAE, MISMA, FCIPD, FRSA, Director of Avenue Consulting Ltd, has many years' experience of providing expert witness services in a number of legal proceedings. He has been appointed by both defendants and claimants and has acted as a single joint expert. The cases he has been involved with have involved various aspects of professional practice in social work and social care matters relating to stress and personal injury, bullying and harassment and discrimination. He has provided reports for court and joint statements and has also given oral testimony in court. He is a member of the Academy of Experts and the Society of Expert Witnesses.
