Books by Neil Thompson
Neil has written over twenty books. Some of these are specifically for a social work readership, but others are written with a much broader audience in mind (for example, People Skills and Tackling Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace). In this respect, Neil’s publications reflect his philosophy of linking the insights of social work to the wider world of working with people and their problems in a variety of settings.
The majority of Neil’s books can be ordered through Learning Curve Publishing. Other books by Neil which are not available through Learning Curve Publishing include:
- Theory and Practice in Human Services 2nd edn, Open University Press, 2000
- Age and Dignity, Arena, 1995
- Existentialism and Social Work, Avebury, 1992
